Nucolato Yogurt Ice Cream


  • 1 cup of Greek yoghurt 
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup Nucolato
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla


  1. In a blender, blend all your ingredients
  2. Transfer the mixture to your ice cream maker and let it mix for 15 to 20 minutes (if you don't have an ice cream maker you can skip this step)
  3. Transfer your mixture to a container / jar and freeze the mixture for a minimum of 3 hours
  4. When serving, you can add toppings to your liking. We decided to add roasted hazelnuts and more Nucolato on top.
