Nucolato Fit Froyo

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup Nucolato
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

STEPS

  1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to your ice cream maker and churn for 15 to 20 minutes. (If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can skip this step.)
  3. Pour the mixture into a container or jar and freeze for at least 3 hours.
  4. When serving, add your favorite toppings. We chose roasted hazelnuts and an extra drizzle of Nucolato on top.
