Nucolato Yogurt Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Greek yoghurt
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- ¼ cup Nucolato
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
STEPS
- In a blender, blend all your ingredients
- Transfer the mixture to your ice cream maker and let it mix for 15 to 20 minutes (if you don't have an ice cream maker you can skip this step)
- Transfer your mixture to a container / jar and freeze the mixture for a minimum of 3 hours
- When serving, you can add toppings to your liking. We decided to add roasted hazelnuts and more Nucolato on top.
